an update on mc camp'08, 11th june - 13th june
lets start,

DAY 1, 11th june
camp hasnt started yet but
went to sch earlier to prepare beforehand
together with ernest, afiq, jun rong
so that everything wont be impromptu
reached school around 2.30pm
dumped bags outside mc room since it was locked
ernest was at school the earliest to settle his chem project with his grp
said hello then went up to hall
to explain to amir why i couldnt go for training
saw the kent ridge girls and boys having floorball coaching clinic
by mr amir
laughed at how noob the girls were
talked and joked around with amir
bingyu told me that when he told amir that i wasnt coming for training
amir said i didnt go cause i angry and him
and that i dont love him anymore
hahaha cos monday he kaciu me alot
how crappy can amir get
ok then lazed around
amir asked me to referee for the kent ridge girls
almost had a heart attack at the way the girls were playing

DAY 2, 12th june - camp starts
woke up at 5am to danial's voice
went to bathe at the staff toilet next to HOD office
ernest, afiq, jun rong and i took turns to bathe,
since there was only one shower area
went over to the mac with everybody at siglap centre for breakfast
ate Mcgriddles meal (((:
slacked around in mac and made helluva lot of noise
watched danial, clement play weng keong's stupid games

played around with the wei loong's water gun
wet yu tian when he came
and got soaked from head to toe in return
fooled around with weng keong's professional camera
before it went dead from low battery ))))):

while we prepared for nightwalk
juniors were watching movie
by the time movie was over,
yogi complained the movie wasnt scary at all
and that only the start was scary
and that the nice ending ruined it
so we decided to show silent hill
this time we joined in
since we had already finished preparing for nightwalk
didnt manage to complete the movie
had to start the nightwalk since it was already 1am in the morning
and it was friday the 13

juniors were dismayed when they found out there was pt before breakfast
push ups, sit ups, stretching, mini games
then bread for breakfast
didnt manage to eat any cos we had to sacrifice for the juniors
got a cup of hot milo though (((:
thats more than enough
had sports!
i played tennis only
soccer not my kind of sport so blah blah
avoided it

after sports,
let juniors bathe
before going over to parkway for lunch
wanted starbucks but was broke
so sat and ate nothing and watching sidney, ernest and jun rong eat

and got her to blanja me $
she made me buy her desert with $10 and i got to keep the $7.50 change

still didnt end up eating anything

but in the ended just ended up screaming at him

didnt stay back for an extra night to clean up after
lots of food leftover from bbq
went home via 31, then 15

on bus 31,
love the unexpected blur due to shaking
and the symmetry from the seats

reached home around 11.15
realised,
i left my jersey and used clothes behind in the canteen
quickly called danial to ask if he was still in school
apparantly he was in parkway with weng keong
BUT
wei loong called his vjc senior in the canteen to help to look for my clothes
thanks god he managed to find it

he enjoyed the presence of the 2 finnish floorball national players
he thinks they are so damn pro since they play under div 1 in finland
the 2 players' names are yannni and tom
he thinks they both look identical since they're both bloody ang mo's
however they are not twins
he saw them do gravity defying tricks with the floorball
the 1080 degree turn was awesome
which is a 360 degree turn x3
their one handed air hooks, slap shoots and blind passes left ashley koh speechless
the awesome day didnt just end at that
while waiting for the bus outside vs after training
he spotted an ez link card,
when he was trying to leave his empty apple tea bottle under the seat at the bus stop
when the bus arrived
he tapped the ez link card and found out it had $18 left in it
he then proceeded to white sands macdonalds
to treat himself and his friend clement choong to dinner by paying with the ez link card
free upsized meal for dinner and $4 left for desert some other time
who knew you could earn money by littering

ashley koh is extremely depressed because he screwed up his SA2 english oral examinations today
he almost attained a perfect score for his reading aloud
but did not do so because he did not pronounce the word "mother's" properly
because he was too nervous.
his picture interpretation was excellent with lots of vivid details
however he went so out of point the teacher raised her eyebrows at him
following up with his conversation,
he screwed up even more by going even more out of point
and to his absolute horror and dismay
he was told by the examiner that he had added slang into the conversation unknowingly
after the total marks had already been tabulated
this killer line was
" stuff like that"
he then left the hall full of regrets
and proceeded to attend the mc exco meeting regarding mc camp during the june hols

meeting was until 1 and he proceeded to thaipan for lunch
together with the rest of the exco danial, and andres
lunch was relatively satisfying for everybody except ernest
who had to answer a major nature's call when the food arrived
and only returned when everybody had finished
the gang then proceeded to orchard to accompany danial to buy a poster from an unknown girl
as it was raining,
the gang stayed at cathy cineleisure to take shelter from the rain,
with only danial going over to taka under the rain to buy his poster
the unknown girl ended up being a
short, fat girl around age 14/15 accompanied by her mother
yufan then joined the gang, again
and they all proceeded to topman at wisma for window shopping

they all then left for food for thought at bugis for dinner,
to celebrate li zhi's birthday with the sec 4's

the reasonably priced food was excellent,
however, the soups were horrible
to everybody's disgust,
they were either too mushroom-ish or too potato-ish
a dramatic entrance into food for thought,
by the sec4's who had earlier left to buy a cake for lizhi
everybody started singing the birthday song and caused a huge ruckus
the candle flames were put out by the fan
and the whole group had to singing the birthday song again,
this time in chinese when the candles were lit again,
after the fans had been turned off by the owners of food for thought
the cake was chocolatively(?) delicious
everybody then went back after the meal

ashley koh was thinking on the way home,
that maybe his day wasnt so bad afterall

some girl in front was giggling

after movie

then edwin ran up a slight slope of like 30cm?
in order to get to lian kiat
